Living with Shy bladder syndrome - the podcast

Have a listen to our first podcast. This is based on a blog post originally written for us by a student who has attended a workshop. He wanted to raise awareness of shy bladder syndrome, but also to try and reach out to other students who may be experiencing paruresis. His hope was that it would help them to know that they don't need to suffer in silence, and that there is a way forward. I hope you enjoy it – do let us know.

Visit the UKPT website for more information about how paruresis affects people. Find out how other people have overcome their paruresis.
