I just want to leave a comment for the people thinking about attending the workshop. In my experience, this workshop really added value. I've been browsing through the internet for years, visiting psychologists, and I have to say that a one day virtual workshop had so much impact in a positive sense. Sharing your story with others, (not forced to do so in the workshop), helped me a lot. As well as the practicing. The workshop 'leaders' create a very safe environment, in which everybody could take something away.
My suggestion; visit the workshop! You have nothing to loose.
Ps. I mean really, visit the workshop.
