Hi All
After 15 years of looking on this forum I finally got the courage to go to a workshop,
From the minute I got there I was made to feel
Welcome by Ian and the team, and as I spoke to all the others there we all had similar stories about are shy bladder problems.
I was very anxious about going but the whole weekend turn out to be very enjoyable and I made good progress has I think everyone did.
So if your thinking of going just go I wish I had gone years ago, after 40 years of having this problem I feel so positive going forward.
So thank to all the guys there you where all good company.
And a massive Thank you to Ian and Miguel
And Alistair who was training to be one of the leaders
Well done Mark. I’m glad you feel so positive. You did something amazing this weekend. You’re so right, there comes a time for us where we stop thinking about it and go for it, and we never look back. A pleasure to get to know you over the weekend, hope to catch you on a follow-up in the future. All power to you going forward.
Thanks Mark, for creating this topic, so I didn’t have to.
To everyone reading this, I had a similar story to Mark and joined the workshop in reading after struggling for 20 years and having had known about UKPT for about 12 years or so.
It was to be honest a real fun workshop and I have learned so much and I am doing much better now for it. I have been experiencing the benefits already!
Thank you everyone: Ian, Allistair, Miguel and all the attendees!
