This is a smooth muscle relaxant. Has anyone had any experiences of using it as an aid for paruresis? Any results?

Sorry I missed approving this posting so it has only now gone public. I have not heard of anyone using it for paruresis but that does not mean there is not someone out there who is.
Looking on Wikipedia, I see that one side effect is the relaxation of the internal and external sphincters, so it will also work on the urethral sphincters.
However this suggests that there is a risk of involuntary pooing when using it. Beware.
As we are not medically qualified, we cannot make recommendations on use of drugs.
