Confidence

I have been twice to the workshop and found them extremely helpful, being part of a group and talking things through. Since the follow up workshop I have slowly slipped backwards with my confidence, and still find just entering a public toilet makes me nervous to the point of avoiding using the urinals.

From time to time I do pop into town to do some desensing and meet a fellow Paruresis sufferer and find being able to chat in person about how things are going very helpful.
I am thinking of going to another follow up workshop to help give me that extra push.
I have had Paruresis for 38yrs and it has had a big impact upon my social life.
Is there any advice on ways to keep that confidence going after a workshop, or to meet local people from workshops to continue the progress made.

If anyone hasn't been to a workshop I would greatly recommend attending one.
