I just find it hard to talk about it especially online are there any support groups or one to one

Andrew here from the UKPT. Yes it can be hard to talk about so I understand your reluctance to use the forum. But remember it is as anonymous as you like. I moderate it so if anyone one replied inappropriately, which is almost unknown, you would not see it. However I am happy to talk with you one to one if that helps.
