What is your story?
Share it. Nobody knows who you are and most of the men if not all of the men on here will have had the same or similar experiences so will not laugh at you.

I just find it hard to talk about it especially online are there any support groups or one to one

Hi Anon

Andrew here from the UKPT. Yes it can be hard to talk about so I understand your reluctance to use the forum. But remember it is as anonymous as you like. I moderate it so if anyone one replied inappropriately, which is almost unknown, you would not see it. However I am happy to talk with you one to one if that helps. Email me on the email address on our contacts page, but change "info" to"support". Let me know what times suit you.
Cheers

Hi anon

I forgot to say the important thing that I have had shy bladder all my life, so you will be talking to someone who understands all too well what you are going through.
