Two weeks ago I attended the same session. It helped me to try the urinals in public toilet which I was afraid of using for many many years.

Just a few words about the Reading Follow Up. It was a good weekend that helped me further down the road. Definitely improved my ability to go without anxiety in urinals when they are busy, and not using the cubicles. I would highly recommend anyone with paruresis sign up and get some genuine help. Thanks to Ian and Mark.
