Hi Barry
We get asked this question so often that we have a website page about flying. Click on Living with Paruresis; it is in the drop down menu.

Then have a look in the Forum, scan down looking for threads about flying.

Hopefully you will find what you need there. But don't hesitate to get back to me; either here on the form, or at the support email address in the Contacts page.

Cheers

Andrew

Hi all,

I have been struggling the last few years not being able to pee on a plane. I feel so anxious thinking about it.

I feel under to pressure to go as other passengers will be waiting to go outside. Also the movement of the plane does not help.

My wife and kids want to go away and I’m really worried to go on a plane as I don’t know what will happen if I can’t go.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks
Barry
