Really glad that you have found us and that you now know you are not alone with this. Can I suggest that you read all the stuff on our website?
There are bound to be things there that you will find helpful.

Apart from providing support via this forum, by email and by phone, the biggest help we provide are our weekend workshops, and our one day Zoom workshops. There are no more this year, and the 2025 schedule wont be out till the end of the month. I do know that we are aiming for one in Manchester in February and another in Reading in March.
