Graduated desensitisation means learning how to pee with another person around. This is what we do on workshops, as does the IPA in the States. But after the workshop you are on your own, which makes continuing to practice difficult. So some guys make an arrangement with someone else off the workshop, or a friend or a relative, to be the other person i.e. a pee buddy.
