We have set a date for the next online workshop. It will be on Saturday 5th December 2026. There will be both male and female leaders so you can rest assured you won't be the only female there.

For feedback from a woman who attended a previous online workshop take a look here www.ukpt.org.uk/ukpt-forum/ukpt-womens-f...from-online-workshop

For more information about our workshops visit www.ukpt.org.uk/paruresis-workshops and to book on visit www.ukpt.org.uk/paruresis-workshops/book-online

If you'd like to talk it over before committing, you can drop an email to admin@ukpt.org.uk and I can arrange to have a phone call with you so you can decide if it's for you.
