Three women attended the recent UKPT follow up weekend workshop in Reading. With their agreement, I'm posting some of their comments on their progress since the workshop:

It's great to hear that these ladies have embraced the importance of continuing to work at it, and to keep practicing the techniques they learned on the workshop. Great work ladies!
