I attended the virtual workshop, and having been on three conventional weekenders, I was very impressed with the format.
Working with the expertise and dedicated support from the team from my own home made me feel calm and relaxed, and more able to engage with the day’s agenda.
I’m so appreciative of the continual demonstration of care from the UKPT, always ready to help and advise.
Knowing that others care is so important to me and helps me on my recovery journey. Thank you so much Andrew, Ann and Ian!
