I have participated in a virtual workshop and if you're debating to do one, you should. What have you got to lose? I learnt great techniques to use when I'm out and about, to overcome paruresis. It is set in a very relaxed environment of the comfort of your home. The organizers of the workshop are very nice and understanding and I fell I'm one step closer to beating it. To sum up I found it very beneficial and enjoyed the day throughout.
