Try counting backwards from 100, concentrate only on that, wipe out everything going on around you. Things should start working from about 80 after practice! You can also sit in a cubicle, securely locked door, concentrate & count, it will work well. By the way, the counting also works with sex, the race that men always win. Count slowly and do not think much about what is happening down below, the volcanic eruption can be delayed until you get to zero.
