Before attending any workshops done by the UKPT my life was controlled by this condition. I would rarely socialise outside the house as going to the toilet was virtually impossible. The workshop leaders are incredible at explaining both the theory and practical elements of dealing with this condition. Everything in the workshop is done at your own pace and all of the desensitisation is completely under your control making it stress free. Before the workshop I was not even able to go to the toilet in my own house at times unless it was empty, now I'm able to consistently go in cubicles of very busy toilets, so the workshop really does work! It's safe to say that this workshop has changed my life and if you are debating whether or not to attend one, its definitely worth it.
