I was apprehensive prior to taking the workshop, the usual negative thoughts of “This will never work” and “I really do not want to be discussing this with anyone, let alone with absolute strangers”.

But I could not have been more wrong, the workshop was the single best thing I have ever done to help with my shy bladder!
It was so good to be able to connect with other sufferers and realise that you are not alone, and that there is hope and a way to tackle this debilitating condition. T

he workshop leader was extremely good at making us all feel at ease, and very sensitive in his approach.

If you are debating whether to try it out, all I can say is DO IT!
