I have also had some quite lengthy spells on anti-depressants which I found very helpful too - they certainly helped me to find the motivation to see the counselling through. I know they're not right for everyone and it took some experimentation to find the right one, but they have really helped me at times. Not least they help me to sleep better - when I get anxious I have trouble sleeping, then I have trouble peeing, then I get more anxious - it can be a vicious circle.
Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit at the moment Lucy. Anxiety can make life difficult in so many ways can't it. I wish I could say something which might help. Low points pass but it's difficult not knowing how long they'll last. Take care 122
