Living a very busy lifestyle, working long hours, socialising and regularly going to the gym i started to use more and more caffeine/energy drinks to keep myself going throught the long day. Since the age of 16 i developed a very mild case of AP that was almost non-existent. But when i started to use all the stimulants i developed a long series of panic attack which came hand in hand with a much more serious AP problem. Over the past three weeks i have totally cut all stimulants out of my everyday diet and have began to notice a improvement.
I'm not claming this to be a gaureented cure but i have found that the severity of my AP has reduced substancially and being that caffeine is a diuretic it reduces the frequency in which i need to pee.
If anybody does decide to try this i would be very interested to know if it has helped.
