Thanks to Andrew for giving up his time. I'm sure everyone else would agree with me on that.
For anyone who has not attended any ukpt workshops - then get on one if you can. Don't put it off. They are a great experience to chat, meet others who actually know what you're talking about etc. Anyone who's been on a beginners and is undecided about the follow up - again just attend one .
I, personally, feel I have come a long way since I first attended a beginners workshop but again feel invigorated and inspired to step up the work.
Just to share quickly - on the way back I stopped off at two motorway service stations. The first, was busy but was able to go (quite high urgency). The second was a "oh what the hell, I have no urgency whatsoever". I went just to "fake it" and (just as Andrew mentioned a few times over the weekend) by not being bothered and really not expecting anything - I surprised myself and pee-ed. Strange!
