Hi everyone. Been really busy since Manchester but finally got some free time . Despite hectic life have managed a few successes, confidence growing all the time. Had a couple of 'misses' too but the important thing is to think about WHY that happened. In each case I overstepped my hierarchy. It's so easy to get impatient and try to push things along too fast. This is a long long road but we will all get there if we take small steps! Good luck to you all and thanks again to Andrew for his time, patience and support.
