From suggestions I've read elsewhere I've seen reference to the "white bear" experiment where TRYING NOT to think about something is impossible. Try not to think about a white bear and you can't do it.
Do you agree with that?
If so, how do you reconcile it with suggestion 23?
My approach has been to focus on anything or everything when I enter a restroom, without resisting or blocking the urge. Over time my urge to scan the restroom has almost totally disappeared. But even still, if it happens, I don't fight it.
My theory is that I see what I see and I've desensitized to the things I see.840
