I was interested to see your comments about travelling Jane. I'm a very keen traveller, but like you I constantly monitor my fluid intake on my travels, and I visit every toilet I come across in case I can't manage to use the next one! I usually very quickly manage to adopt hotel bathrooms as "home" but have had some tricky moments. They haven't put me off though and I'm still determined to see the world.
