I'm just back from a few days away in Warsaw where I found the toilets in museums, restaurants etc very good. Mostly cubicles were quite big although often still with the gap at the bottom of the dividing walls - I can live with that I think as long as the gap is not so big that I can see the person next door moving about - sometimes just a shadow but still offputting for me. The toilets were also really clean - certainly put some of our UK ones to shame. The only one which really threw me was in a restaurant - the toilet was discretely tucked away in a corner but had a frosted glass door! Not surprisingly I gave that one a miss!
