Why do toilet cubicle designers find it necessary to leave such a big gap at the bottom of cubicle walls? We've just been away for a few days and I found myself having to use a public toilet. It had 2 cubicles next to each other with at least a 6 inch gap at the bottom of the adjoining wall. If I was the only person in there it was ok, but if there was someone in the next door cubicle already or someone else came in while I was already in there, it was hopeless. Privacy involves more than just having a door with a lock (although one of the cubicles didn't have one of those either!).
