You do have a double whammy dont you :-( And Kallmann Syndrome hits a teenager hard: being different to one's teenage peers, who can be so lacking in understanding and sympathy, can be very upsetting.
Well we can at least help with the AP. Are you thinking ahout a workshop.
As for the KS, this may sound brutal, but as with AP, it is not the syndrome that is the problem so much as what you make of it. I have met one man who needed hormone therapy to enable him to develop, and was left with undersized tackle; however he is happily married with two kids.
