I understand your feelings and what worries you. I have dealt with both the size issue and the flaccid size issue on the workshops: but always in a confidential one to one basis - not to examine the size, but to be able to explain things in private.
I think the same applies in this board. Unfortunately posting certain words results in search engines picking them up and then attracting unwelcome attention.
So do email me at the support email address above, in confidence, and I can put your mind at rest in private, either by email or by phone. I can also email you some info.
As for cubicles: we state over and over again at workshops that men DO use cubicles to pee if the urinals are not acceptable e.g. it would mean standing next to someone. The participants do not really believe us; however when we get them to the point where they are practicing in public toilets, they see the evidence for themselves and remark on it. They find it empowering. Guys either go in a cubicle, leaving the door open and peeing noisily in the water, or they hang back and wait until a urinal comes free that is not next to an occupied one.
The trick is to have script in your head to answer the question that no-one will actually ask e.g. "why did you go in the cubicle?" Sample answers are
"who'se bothered"
"I prefer them"
"the urinals were too crowded".
You would find a workshop very helpful; any chance of attending one?
Anyway get in touch now and lets sort this out for you.
cheers
