Women’s support and information day 16th June 2018

paruresis-success-stories

We are planning a UKPT Women's day in central London on 16th June 2018, beginning at noon and ending at 5.00 pm. There appears to be fewer females than males affected by paruresis, but nevertheless some women's lives are severely affected by the difficulties they experience in using toilets away from their own home.

16th June will be an opportunity to:

find out you are not alone with this condition
compare and share experiences, with no pressure, in a supportive environment
find out what has helped other women
find out what hasn't helped
learn about the UKPT ethos and methods for reducing the impact of paruresis

More information will be available nearer the time but if you would like to know more before deciding if this is for you or not, then please post any queries on the forum.
