I think i would see it as progress for me i was out, had a medium urge not surprising as I'm trying not to reduce fluids & avoid using toilets & had drank approximately a litre of water. I tried to use a public facility but as usual had a few goes over 45 mins & was unable to get started. I returned to the car by which time i felt an overwhelming urge & was unable to keep still standing or sitting & felt pain in the bladder. Fortunatly i had resorted to pads & I just relaxed. It felt very strange & i was afraid of totally soaking myself, I tried to stop which took time, but what a relief! Didn't completely empty my bladder but enough to feel comfortable.

I think we all need to find the ways of coping which are right for us, and you do indeed seem to be making progress with that. I hope you find this starts to ease your anxiety around the whole peeing while you're out thing.
Yes it does. Just wish U could relax in a proper facility with a medium urge without getting so desperate & resorting to pads. Having said that I'm not giving up & I'm determined to overcome pauresis & not allow it to limit me at least no too much.
