Unfortunately since the workshop I have not had the ability to practice desensitisation and it will be sometime before I have assistance sorted where I can practice every time I need to go in public.
I have a buddy who can meet me next week but with it being two months since the workshop I'm concerned that I've forgotten useful techniques and thought processes.
I'd also like advice on how to deal with the mental backlash when I can't physically access a toilet (not talking about a misfire.) There are times when I'm out that I have no option to use the toilet because of lack of assistance and not having the opportunity to try is doesn't do much for my self esteem. Can the practicing work if you can only do so at certain times?
