My life as a woman with paruresis
There is no pressure for you to disclose any more about yourself than you feel comfortable to do. However, many people find that telling someone else, particularly someone who also has paruresis, about their shy bladder issues can be the first step to gaining some control. This women-only session will give you the opportunity to share your issues with other women in a safe environment, and to hear how they have dealt with similar problems.
After this, Andrew Smith, Chair of UKPT will join us to give us the benefit of his vast experience as Chair of UKPT.
• What is paruresis?
• UKPT workshops
• Feedback from workshops
