Hi all, I've been an Ap sufferer for 30 years now. My AP ranges from very bad to okay. This is dependent upon situation, mood, people around me etc.
A few years ago I discovered caths. Caths are better than sliced bread in my opinion :-) They've helped me out of many a predicament, eg: flights, and other social type situations.
The caths I have are at the moment a tadge on the antique side, I bought them 3 - 5 years ago. I'd like to get some more.
Where can I buy some reusable caths? Here in the UK doctors tend to give you disposables. These are good, however I like to have my reusables too.
Thanks in advance,
Johnny

Hi Johnny,
I got given about 8 disposable catheters last year from the hospital and thought its best id get some more incase. The hospital told me I can get them on prescription from the doctors. Im assuming its the same for reusable.
Otherwise, I am aware you can get them online easily but im not sure where exactly. Have you done a search?
You dont need a prescription, but aparantly its best to explain how you have tried various types in the past and wish to try some different ones. Im not sure if they are bothered or not as to who buys them.
Have you done a quick Google search? Iv never ordered any onlne myself...
