Urgent for Alex UK; DSM revision needs your attention

FOR Alex and anyone in the UK Paruresis group who wishes to contribute, especially if you have health or mental health credentials:
DSMIV is being revised and will be released as DSMV. THere is presently a public comment period on the proposed revisions.
Sadly, paruresis is NOT presented anywhere in the proposed DSM and is not covered in any way in the section on Social Phobia.
Anyone may comment--- But, it would be especially helpful if Alex did.
Go to www.dsm5.org
You will need to register and retrieve a password from your email account. Then log in, and go to Anxiety Disorders, Social Phobia. A comment box will pop up under section 300.23
Folks, it is very very urgent and important that the section editors here about paruresis and receive requests for its inclusion either in 300.23 A or B, or elsewhere in DSM as a stand alone disorder. It is also very important that inability to urinate in various settings be included in the proposed "assessment" portion of the revisions along with things like increased heart rate.
Thanks gang.
