in their 16/05/09 pod cast (down load it for free from i tunes!) they have a brief chat about urinal anxieties and bathroom etiquette. Didn't listen to it live, imagine they talked a bit more about it. The potty talk so to speak starts at 21:55 lasts a couple of minutes.

fairly amusing and good to hear these anxieties being normalized.

Thanks for that.

Can you (or anyone else) help me? I've tried to find it to download it; I've got into A&J's webpage, but cannot find a download for anything other than the latest episode. Can you give me dead simple instructions on where to find it? Or can you email me the file? I use iTunes and iPod.

It would be really good to have this on the iPod for use at a workshop; anything that normalises the condition, especially anything publicly broadcast, especially by anyone with street cred, is very very powerful.

yeah they've only got their latest on i tunes too. normally they leave a couple of weeks worth up. I'll try and mail the file to you if you mail me your details? I suspect with the nasty DRM's apple puts on everything it wont play on your i tunes. Worth a try though.

If not perhaps some one has a suggestion as to how i could rip the audio and convert it to an easily copied file, preferably just the 4 minutes or so in question? Working with a mac, got garage band, final cut etc, not sure how to do this though?

failing this i have a couple of contrived ways of getting a poor quality version?

You know e-mailing them might be worth it. The pod cast bits were great, they talk about being put off when a lot of guys are around then Adam goes on to admit that even when there is one guy there and FOUR free urinals he sometimes likes a cubicle and they discuss the anxiety of the other KNOWING you're weeing in there and Adam goes on about what he does to disguise this.

But like i said, the podcast is edited and i bet the live show had more in it.

They infamously read ALL their e-mails personally (split between them i assume and their producer weeds out the abusive ones) So i bet if you explained who you are and what this is about they may be able to sort you out with the entire relevant piece of recording from the live show.

Couldn't hurt to ask while we sort out how to copy this file.

I will email them, great suggestion. Who knows, they may even do more of a piece on it.

I'm not techie but I noticed that on iTunes I can add a file to the music library. Would that be a way to get it in? If you cannot edit it down to the 4 mins, send it to me and I'll use it in full until I can find someone to do that for me.

Don't mean to bang on... maybe you could edit these together into one neat post? found a site that hosts downloads for edited versions of live shows, they seem to have every one up until the one we're after... maybe worth checking back later? my timing reference isn't relevant for these recordings, just the pod cast.
