begin with an idea that you have to pee. Go in, as your in front of the urinal simply think these things and you'll go no matter what. 1st yourself realize your you in the flesh 2nd think of your mind body spirit essence (found by closing your eyes and thinking of your soul; it'll be bouncing around your soul, this is essence or some will call it their second soul) an idea could be anything IE: what the color blue feels like, the number 20 or the words anything. 3rd step is to pause. then you'll go you will have the ability no matter what. SO TO REINTERATE THINK OF; YOURSELF (1) MIND BODY SPIRIT ESSENCE ANYTHING (2) PAUSE literally (3)
you have to think of your essence in its entiretey otherwise it won't work matter of fact this is the hardest; you have to think of everything in its entirety. thats ALL!
