Living with ap is one of those things, youve just got to try and live with it i think, and act normal.
It caught me out the other week.. off for a walk with my missus, she is no help with it. Needed the loo so started to freak a bit, tried a couple of toilets with no luck.. reverted to finding a dark corner, but the wife said no youll get done for exposure! luckily had a longish walk to asda and found a quiet disabled loo.. so thats how i dealt with it.But it wasnt a good experience and one i would like to avoid. Im lucky at work because tiolets are quiet.
Best solution ive come up with is a van, camper or something that can be a private space and piss in a bottle. Take van everywher with you, it has stopped me worrying. just go back to van for a smoke and have a piss. Thats my solution it isnt perfect but it works for me mostly. But the solution if you are young is to get a pee buddy, girl or boy and try and face your inhibitions till it gets easier.. if thats possible which im sure it is. 316
