About peeing too often in the day.
Coffee will make you need to pee even though there is little urine to get rid of.
As for holding on. Try this out at home when it is "safe". Drink 1 - 2 litres of water, and over the next hour feel how your bladder fills up. Wait until you have a good strong urge that is comfortable; do not wait till it gets uncomfortable. Pee for say 3 - 5 seconds i.e. do not empty. Wait and feel your bladder fill up again.
This way you will start to learn that your first twinge is only a level 1 or 2, and that you can wait a long time before you reach 7 or 8.
Also learn to realx your belly muscles. Anxiety often makes you pull your stomach in, so squeezing the bladder.
